Install from a URL

Besides the store, you can install an unofficial plugin directly from a manifest URL — a bundle consisting of a manifest.json and a main.js.

Installing

Provide the URL to the plugin’s manifest.json. TermZ fetches the bundle and, because these plugins are not reviewed or signed by TermZ, shows a trust acknowledgment you must confirm before it installs.

Caution

Only install from sources you trust. Unofficial plugins aren’t reviewed or signed, so you’re vouching for the code yourself. Review the capability grants it requests before you approve.
